Company History RAMCO Holding Limited Liability Partnership (formerly KazInRuss-Trading) was founded in 2012 as a manufacturing enterprise. It is legally located in Almaty and has an operational office in Aktobe.

After the start of the project "Construction of a small-tonnage oil refinery at the Temir station of the Aktobe region" in 2015, the project was recognized as industrial and innovative and included in the Regional Industrialization Map of the Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019. Based on this program, two Subsoil Use Contracts were concluded in 2016. In 2019, the company was restructured and subsidiaries were created.

The Sinelnikovskoye, Shubarkuduk and Mini-Refinery fields were transferred to the assets of the subsidiaries. The authorized capital of the holding is owned by a single participant.
